About PilotsData.com

PilotsData.com is being built to give pilots something surprisingly difficult to find: one place for their entire flying life.

Initially, the platform is being aimed at pilots across General Aviation, Microlight flying — both 3-axis and flexwing — the Light Aircraft Association community, and PPL flying. The goal is to bring together the records, documents and information that pilots currently keep across logbooks, folders, apps, spreadsheets and paperwork.

From logbooks and licences to medicals, training, aircraft records, documents, reminders and personal flying history, PilotsData.com is designed to bring everything together in one organised system.

The idea is simple: your aviation records should be easy to manage, easy to find and always under your control.

A pilot’s flying life rarely lives in one place

The logbook may be on the shelf. Licence details may be in one folder, medical information somewhere else, training records buried in an email, aircraft documents stored separately, renewal dates sitting in a calendar, and useful notes hidden in a spreadsheet or on a piece of paper.

That works — until the moment you actually need something.

A check date is approaching. A rating needs renewing. You need to confirm a flight from two years ago. An instructor asks for a training record. You want to check an aircraft document, find a medical expiry date, or simply prove what you have done and when.

The problem is not that pilots lack information. The problem is that the information is fragmented.

Bringing everything together

PilotsData.com is being designed to bring those separate pieces together so that, instead of searching across different places, your important aviation records can be organised around one complete picture of you as a pilot.

The solution is to bring the important parts of a pilot’s flying life together into one connected aviation ecosystem.

PilotsData.com is being designed as more than a digital filing cabinet. The aim is to create a single organised environment where logbooks, licences, ratings, medical information, training records, aircraft details, documents, reminders and personal flying history can work together instead of being scattered across different apps, folders and files.

At the centre of that ecosystem is the pilot

Your records are personal, valuable and often built up over many years. PilotsData.com is therefore being developed around a simple principle: your aviation records remain your data, and you remain in control of them.

Easy to organise. Easy to find. Easy to review. Easy to back up and export.

One connected ecosystem. Your records. Your data. You have control!
